Introducing Chef Emerson Lambke, Director of Culinary
We’re thrilled to introduce Chef Emerson Lambke. With over 25 years of culinary expertise, Chef Emerson’s passion for creativity and innovation shines through in every dish. Having honed his skills at some of Denver’s most popular restaurants and hotels, his diverse experience and commitment to quality ingredients have allowed him to master a variety of cuisines.
Chef Emerson serves as the Director of Culinary and oversees all units for Coastal Hospitality while collaborating with the executive chefs at each property. His oversight and guidance for Pate’s focuses on creating a dining experience that harmonizes high-quality, locally sourced ingredients with international flavors. The new menu showcases his attention to detail through bold and delicious dishes that maintain the cozy, welcoming atmosphere guests have come to appreciate.
